When will my order be processed? Orders are dispatched fromour warehouse within 2-3 business days.

However, during busy periods such as new launches and sales, dispatch may take up to 10 extra business days. We’re always working as fast as possible to get your order out.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking details, allowing you to track your Sajo order throughout its journey.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on the destination. After dispatching, our estimated shipping times are:
• USA: 3-7 business days
• Canada & International: 7-14 business days
• Nigeria & Ghana: 3-7 business days
Please note that these are estimates and may be subject to delays due to customs processing or other external factors beyond our control.

Will I have to pay customs or import duties?

Depending on your location, import duties and taxes may be charged upon delivery. These fees are determined by your local customs office and must be paid by the customer. We recommend checking with
your local customs office for more details.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paystack, and other major payment providers. You can check available payment options at checkout. Payments are accepted in USD and Naira only, and all transactions must be completed through our website at checkout.

How can I change/cancel my order?

Please email sajothebrand@gmail.com immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. After your order has been dispatched, we will no longer be able to make changes.

Pre-order items allow you to secure limited-edition pieces before they officially launch. When placing a pre-order, full payment is required at checkout, and shipping times will be stated on the product page.
